Receive Assignments
Cases are assigned through the CBE Recovery Portal with borrower details, last known address, loan amount, and delinquency history.
Skip Trace & Locate
Use proprietary databases, public records, and field intelligence to track down borrowers who have moved or gone unresponsive.
Field Verification
Conduct on-site address verification, confirm residency, gather situational intel, and document findings with photos and GPS logs.
Report & Escalate
Submit detailed field reports through the mobile app. Verified locates are escalated to our Resolution Team for direct contact and payment recovery.

$42,000 – $58,000/yr + bonuses
Primary field operative responsible for locating delinquent borrowers, verifying addresses, and submitting recovery reports within assigned territory.
- Manage 15–25 active case files weekly
- Conduct field visits & address verification
- Maintain accurate GPS-timestamped logs
- Meet monthly locate quota targets
Skip Trace Specialist
$48,000 – $65,000/yr + bonuses
Research-focused role using databases, credit headers, utility records, and social footprint analysis to pinpoint borrowers who cannot be reached through standard channels.
- Advanced database & OSINT research
- Cross-reference multiple data sources
- Support field agents with intel packages
- High-accuracy locate rate required (85%+)
Regional Recovery Coordinator
$55,000 – $72,000/yr + bonuses
Supervise a team of field agents across a multi-state region. Oversee case distribution, performance metrics, and ensure all operations meet FDCPA compliance standards.
- Lead team of 8–15 field agents
- Review field reports & approve escalations
- Weekly performance & pipeline reporting
- Minimum 3 years recovery experience
